Material shortages 
You may have heard in the media that there are currently national shortages of certain building materials.   Please rest assured that we are working very closely with our supplier to ensure a continued good supply of materials and to minimise any disruption wherever possible. If this is affecting your repair, we would like to thank you for your patience and we will be in contact as soon as possible once materials are made available to us.  We would like to apologise for any delays and inconvenience this may cause.
Covid-19 response 
We are continuing to follow national advice by continuing with a full repair service. This will be reviewed on a regular basis and may be impacted by staffing levels if COVID cases in the workforce rise or if we have difficulty sourcing materials.

All staff have the correct PPE equipment with face masks, gloves and wipes provided. Please help our staff by staying in a different room to where the repair will be carried out. If you have symptoms or are self-isolating please let us know and we will rearrange the appointment unless it is an emergency. We may also need to break down larger jobs to multiple visits to limit time in homes or help ensure social distancing.

We have advised our staff not to accept food or drinks whilst in homes so please don't be offended when they refuse.
